Kitty city!
Kitty city is a city building game where you build houses, work places, intersections, and roads to connect them! Every May 18th, Scrooge McCat flies over in his helicopter and throws out cash that your people can collect! You can also upgrade your buildings and roads using powers.
Wow, that description has already made me open up the tutorial and start playing the game!
